Bad door actuator?

Bad door actuator?
A girl I work with has a 2007 RDX. Recently her key fob only works when she's really close to the car. Her driver side door does not lock when she moves the gear selector out of drive. Along with that when she is driving her car and she applies the brakes, she can hear the door actuator trying to unlock the doors, but they don't unlock. When she lets off of the brake she can hear the actuator try to lock the doors.

we have something similar that started this weekend on our 2006 RL. When we get out of the car we can always press either of the FOBs UNLOCK and it will cycle the locks, lock does nothing. Open and close the driver's door and it will work when we press the FOB the next time. Then we noticed everytime we stopped at a light and accelerated the locks would cycle. Next we noticed that pressing the lock unlock lever on the door when driving the driver door was not locking but the other 3 doors were. I moved the driver's door lock manually a few times and it has worked Ok since but I am concerned that since this happened a couple of times on the weekend we may have a part going bad. Any ideas based on others who might have similar issues?

I own a 2010. A few weeks ago after work I pressed the fob to unlock my doors to access my hatch. Didn't unlock, tried the doors, same thing. Had to use the key. Next day, only the drivers door would unlock. Last night same thing. I'm at a loss. The only thing all nights had in common was cold weather. I am wondering if something inside the doors or a relay is freezing. Its odd that its either all doors.
