2011 RDX codes after plug change

So I think this is directly related to my minor screw up. I changed the plugs in my wife's RDX. I forgot to tighten the input and output hose clamps on the air cooler and didn't plug the connection in the front right of the cooler back in before I started the car. My dumb move, I know. The car threw 4 codes.

Is it likely this occurred due to my stupidity? Is there a way I can clear these codes at home and see if they return?

Just re-check all your work, tighten anything that needs it, and drive as normal for a while (providing there are no noticeable symptoms). Assuming what triggered the codes is resolved, they will go away on their own after a few drive cycles.
