12V power socket not working

Hi,
I have 2007 RDX Tech. I was using plug in compressor and suddenly power socket stopped working. I checked fuse and it was good. What can cause the problem ? Are there any other fuses ? The other socket inside armrest it's working, and yes the key it's in and turned in right position.

By checked did you actually test it somewhere else or just give it the eyeball test? If it's 100% good (and you're looking at the right fuse), perhaps check to see if a wire is loose between the fuse box and the plug.

I think both console and armrest 12v socket run on the same 10amp/120watts fuse. Did you have something plugged into the arm rest 12v plug at the same time to cause it to pop? Is the arm rest 12v working/tripped also? I can turn my MDX off/on to reset my armrest power plug if I draw too much power. It might only be a feature for the MDX entertainment model, not sure if this would work for the RDX?

You might have to purchase the adapter that have the clips to connect directly to the battery. The compressor might be pulling more than the 10amps the 12v plug can handle.
