Great runs man, that's almost a full second off of stock numbers and it looks like you've got lower ETs left in it. I bet you could get mid 13's.

 

yeah i was a little bent that i spent 4 hours of my life at the track and was only able to make 2 runs...

also the 13.9 run was in full auto and full weight and it shifted into 4th about 100 feet from the line. i did take the 15 out and i dont have a spare anymore. maybe i should go weigh it. i'm guessing shes about 4200 with me in it.

so i know ill need a helmet now.

that run was not a good run the first run was heat soaked the second was in auto so it was shifting early around 6800 when it can rev to 7200. so my 60 foot was down some and i made it all back on the far end of the track as my mph was up by 5-7 mph.

 

before the turbo upgrade and better tuning options. this was with <br/><br/>cp-e ETS RV-6 800cc flashpro gutted.

 

Oh man, forgot about those. Hey man, it's running pretty close to the OG Wrench tune.

 

yeah. but the way hes got to go about it now is kinda weird and is beyond my ability to tune. but the good news is its heavier but still faster! next time im hoping for more runs and less weight!

well i am a happy man i ran almost as fast as i wanted to. once the tune is finished ill be running that for a while. then some time next year ill go to the front mount, and a built head cams springs retainers and a good port and polish.

the next time someone talks shit on these cuv,s just smile and nod cause there are big things coming once each of us get our respective builds where we want them to be.

How much boost are you seeing before leaving the line? Most I am able to brake boost is 4psi. Curious if I can get a little more once the cats are gone.

i'm leaving the line at a woping 1-2 psi as soon as it sees 1 mph it is climbing though.???. not sure what tats about. transmission saving measure maybe?.? and no one wanted to go and i spent all my $$$ on car parts so i'm to broke for a go pro. i tried messing with the tune and it dropped 3/10 so i'm not going to be messing with it any more.

 

First pass today. 14.56@94.5. IAT's started at 120 before run. My goal was 14.8 on this hot day

Well guys just got done. Best run of the day was a 14.50@95mph. Car was consistent running 14.5x all day despite the heat. Just kept ice on between runs. Took home 1st place for the bracket class. Got a trophy and $150. Coincidentally the class was sponsored by Hondata. I'll have to post the slips once I get home. My wife and friends got a video of a couple runs just for facebook.

Brake all the way, gas all the way down. I'd have to check the logs but boost was probably around 3 psi leaving the line. My tuner/friend came out with me. Made a small timing adjustment and boost adjustment after the first pass. Picked up 1mph after the first run. I think boost was 12-13 by redline. I was using the paddles shifting at 6500. My only goal was to hit a 14.8 with the heat. Suprised the hell out of us! Lol. DA was close to +3000

 

There's another import event this Sunday at MIR. Temperature looks to be almost 10* cooler. Hopefully the humidity isn't there and the DA is lower than it was the past Sunday (+3200). I'll be doing bracket again. I'd love to see 14.3X's if the weather works out.

What were you up against that ran low 11s?

 

Looking at the datalog from this pass. Left the line at 3psi. If we could get the max throttle plate percentage raised to even 25% instead of 20% it would help out tremendously.

Other lane was an all motor civic letting off.
