rev limt for k23 ?

rev limt for k23 ?
good afternoon .i just got my rdx hondata flash pro today for my 07 rdx messed with the tune a bit car is much more fun to drive but the rev limit seams low for a k series motor
my question is what is the safe rev limit for k23 with stock internals can find really nothing on it on the web . i see the the rdx reflash goes to 7200 in sport mode.
so i set to 7200 but seams low still like there can be more out of it ,
not new tuning just new to this particular motor any info would be amazing

Are your air to fuel ratio’s okay with those modifications? I wouldn’t add a cold air intake unless you added the 600cc injectors with a 65c fuel pump or 800cc injectors with a 300c fuel pump. Our motor is build for boost so it’s meant to be low revolutions and low compressions. The non boosted motors run high compressions and high revolutions to make their power. I wouldn’t put it past 7200 rpm without changing the camshafts, valves, springs, and retainers. The bottom end is build for boost so it’s good to go. The top end is isn’t build for high revolutions though as no testing is done beyond 7200 rpm that I know of as well as past 15 psi of boost.
