registration problem with flash pro

Ok, so I must be the dumbest person here when it comes to modding with Flashpro. I purchased a Flashpro from a member here. When I tried updating or register as new owner, after filling out the form it said the information has been updated. I checked to see if the Flashpro is registered and it said 'no'. So what am I doing wrong here? I went back and updated my info again and pressed update button and it said new owner updated but on the screen where it shows the vehicle lock and registered owner. This part still saying 'no'. I don't know what to do next. Please help.

Ok I got the registration part figured out now I'm stuck with this 'read protected'. I cannot download or do anything with it. I can't even unlock the Ecu from flashpro. It keeps saying that I need some calibration map before I can unlock the car from flashpro. Anyone here in Dallas area that can help me with this. I'll buy you beer.

hey, if you can help I'll even pay you. Now I'm stuck at this 'protection read' thing where it is asking for calibration which I can't find anywhere on Hondata website. I had Cobb Accessport before and everything is available on their website. Flashpro is a bit confusing so far. Can anyone help? I need some calibration to upload so it can reset the ECU or Flashpro.

don't know what the heck happened but after re-downloading several flash pro manager it seems to work now. I've just uploaded a base map for stock ECU to the flash pro. This wasn't an option for me last night. I hope it doesn't jack up my car

I forgot to ask you guys. I had reflash previously but got wiped out by the dealership. When I tried reclaiming the rebate last night with the flash pro hooked up to the car and Hondata told me it's not eligible? Any idea why? I read their policy and it said the Ecu must be previously tuned by Hondata to be eligible for the rebate. It doesn't say if my ECU got wiped out so no evidence of it being reflashed or not.

Yep, I got the receipt from K-series when I bought reflash from them 3 years ago..lol..I still remember the login info. Anyways, just sent that to Hondata and hopefully they'll reimburse me for the reflash.

odd question, where do you hide the flash pro if you keep it connected to the car? I want to use the bluetooth function so I would need it connected. Thanks.

its all good! I found a spot under the steering column where I can hide the flash pro. I wanted to keep it connected so I can use the bluetooth function which is cool. It tells you and boost point and Vtec control and what gear the car is in. Due to the summer heat in TX I'm taking it off and leave it in the house. I can't risk it getting melted in the car...lol.
