My CP-E intake Install..
My CP-E intake Install..
Man All i have to say is i am very impressed with this intake. The packing down to the fit and finish and install directions are top notch!! I'll have pics in this thread further on of the install and will take my torque bluetooth out tonight and make a video of the IAT's. Wind Chills tonight plan to be in the - Teens F so with a full tank of 93 and the intake, my butt dyno should feel some good gains. I am on the Stock ecu and the car isn't even 3 days old to me..

Here is the best part of the Install Directions!!

Will do..I have a gopro hero 3+ so I'll get some quality HD video.. It is loud Hahaha I love it tho.. Right off the line it wants to blow the tires off..there is a dead spot in the middle of power band. It holds 13psi and doesn't go anywhere. The flashpro should cure of that for sure and I bet the downpipe makes a hell of a difference. Install was very very easy. All the parts I removed filled up the trunk just about! I purchased from heeltoeautomotive for $305 shipped. They beat cp-es price and just drop shipped it from CPE. THey are from MD and only took 1 day for me to get the intake. Being on the east coast cut the shipping and that's how I was able to get it for that price.

That is cool, thanks for the review here! And definitely thanks for the purchase. Mind posting one to Heeltoe for other customers to see? I know people like to ask me questions about this part and reviews really help:

Thanks a lot ken im going to look for that flange now.. 1st question for all you cp-e owners... did your MPG go down? Man mines in the shitter.. I am only getting about 13-14 mpg. I know the stock ecu doesn't like the cold, go figure but a full tank of 93 is only getting me 280 ish miles. I do a lot of highway driving and can cruise without boost... well from what the stock gauge is telling me.. i know it is not to accurate... second question.. has anyone ever put a boost gauge in the spare change / lighter holder next to the drivers side seat switch? I'm going to use a new south gauge as it matches the cluster perfect. I want to see what is involved in getting the moldings off around the center console. I have a 52mm autometer gauge that i will be using to mock it up and its just a tad to tight into the empty space, i might just remove the little box totally.
its not hard to get the console apart easily. get an interior panel removal kit from amazon or someplace that way you don't destroy stuff. if you need me to I can make a quick video to show what to do ill send it to your phone.
Yea I love this thing haha made a short video of a 80-120 pull in 4th gear.. Full tank of 93. I cant believe how much stock parts come off... it filled the entire trunk up and some.
cpe all the way man. I am on my first revision of my tune and love it.. she pulls hard and would suggest only the cp-e intake for the rdx.
