Can you squeeze in an additional order? I'm interested, and have a 2010 model.

Can you run this intercooler with Hondata reflash?
What about the intercooler and a 3" downpipe?

I'm running the Hondata stock tuned calibration + ETS intercooler on my RDX without any issues.

Tried to install the intercooler today and one of the mounts will not accept the bolt.

Unsure if we need new bolts, can anyone else confirm?
Mine is on the way and I'd like to know....
I've read you have to position everything first before you start tightening bolts...

The bolt that came out was a M6 x 1.0, I used a M5 x 1.0 to finish the mount. That one mount was a size smaller... strange.

It all makes sense now. The boost sensor is a 5mm bolt and my new IC has a 6mm hole in it! It seems that someone was not paying attention to their work. It was probably drilled on a Friday afternoon.

UGH! I guess I'll look out for this when I receive it.

I just received my intercooler, and had a few questions....
of the 4 bolts, there are two that require 2 washers to "space" out the mounting location.
One of mine looks misaligned....tough to describe, so if you have it, you'll know what i'm saying.
And then there is a note saying a Silicone Master Gasket or something is needed - can someone explain?

Sorry, probably newb questions, but before I endeavor to take things all apart, I want to get the right parts in place since I won't have a functional car once it's all taken apart.

You can't use the gasket for the stock IC. You will see why when you take it apart.
