E-manage ultimate on RDX

Ok, here's the deal. I have an E-manage Ultimate that I took out of my old car and was thinking about installing it on the RDX. I already have a reflash but I know that I can get more out of my RDX if I install the Emanage. Its been sitting in my room for a while now and was wondering if you guys think it would be a good idea. I am goin to order a CP-E intake (if there are any left) and planning on doing the exhaust on my RDX. What do you guys think? Also, I cant seem to find the ECU wiring diagram on the web so if any of you have a copy of the diagram or know where I can find it, it can be very helpful. Let me know what you think!

I wouldn't do it if you already have the Hondata.

SinCity, why would you do it? I'just ordered the CP-E intake and i'm planning on doing a full exhaust, so I'm going to need a little tunning. Dont you think it will be usefull?

VeNeNo- Thats the Idea... the fastest in PR..jejeje

Is that the Greddy unit?
If you were to use it, I would take off the reflash, because I think otherwise the two wouldn't mesh well.
Personally, I think you're better to go w/ the Hondata, as they know these ECU's and I'm sure did what they could with it--I think going at it on your own w/ the E-manage might not produce the same results.

Yes its the Greddy Unit. I already did the Hondata reflash but I also have an Intake and I'm planning on doing the exhaust also and a few other things to my RDX and I belive that tunning the ECU with the Hondata reflash would be a good starting point. Remeber that the E-manage ultimate is more like a Piggy back that modifies the current setting on the ECU so If I add other Mods I would jus tune the Ultimate for those Mods. Maybe I'm wrong but I believe its a good Idea. Let me know what you guys think!

I need to get a " harness patch " made to try my own tuning! Trying to get away from hacking into the factory harness!
Anyone know who can make this?

IMO Greddy e-Manage would beat Hondata in case when all the available upgrades are installed (CAI, 3" exhaust etc). Hondata ECU fits the stock greatly. I am also thinking of the custom reflash this summer when finish the exhaust.

Example: Church Automotive Acura RDX. Their upgrade was extremely successful just because Hondata adopted their ECU to Church's exhaust.

Still it'd take pretty lotta time from you, mate...

AEM now makes an ECU harness patch for the RDX. So you can wire in an aftermarket computor without hacking your factory harness!

PR_RDX, how are the modifications coming along?
