Anyone looking for a custom RDX exhaust . can now get one
Nick@elitejdm.com is making one for me , 3inch back , tuned sound to customers discretion. i'll have my parts in 2weeks he mocked up and measured after we decided how we wanted it routed. i'll take pics of the build.
but just to give tou a back round , he custom makes exhaust, race spec cages , harnesses and everything for D1 cars, see for your self Elite JDM (Elite Imports International) or you can you tube him get his info off his web site also check out the crew (boodmasters - youtube. he one one of the organizers of the club loose events in jersey. does top notch work . he be done to build what ever you want but i got to get some of my fellow rdx'ers on board. WHERE WE AT ?!!!........Who's IN. fyi he is in NE philalphia. so you have to go there to get your exhaust sound to your liking . loud/quiet . or wait till i'm done with mine and if you like we can build to ship out . won't know Price till we see whats needed for mine then if you want turbo or cat -back. come guys good deal here for a custom off exhaust.

 

i wish my ATLP exhaust was 3 inch but the one i currently have is pretty quiet.. cant wait to see how yours turns out.. kinda curious

i'm gonna stop down there tomorrow since i'm off to see if all the bends and resonator came in . wrench swing through if your free. if the stuffs in then i'll setup and time to get it done. then retune !!!!!!!

 

Sound-wise, what are you leaning towards? I've been hoping for one that sounds more G/Z or R32 like....

 

then you ^need to get a sound track on cd cause we are missing a set of cylinders buddy.

 

as far as cost goes... if its a catback in 3" and its less then 1200.00 your golden. cause the last time I looked at atlp 2.5" and it was around 1,100.00 + shipping. for something that changes sound not power. yes they picked up a little power but cost to HP ratio was WAY off for me to be interested.

just got word today that the bends and the straight pipes came in today just need the resonators that should be in next week . hopefully monday so i can get it done next week . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my fellow gents. The exhuast is on and done all custom made by hand , all tig welded, even the bends , all pipes are stainless steal anb used v-bangs nonflanges. no crap the best looking exhuast ever! Great low end pull , turbo spool crazy fast , and looks great. Sound wise couldn't be happier. Quiet when little gas cruising but sounds like a Evo when you lay into it . LOVE IT .
now just need to have it returned . Oh yeah you can hear the turbo spinning out the exhuast at idel. Did I say

The exhuast is one off . i'll ask him to post pics he took during the build. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and sound & performance. ..

 

I'm sure if it's open, then it sound close to what mine sounds like.

 

It's pretty open , what's nice is you can take the v band off and take the dual exit muffler off and it sounds amazing.

if you look up a bit I said under 1200.00 that's a grand more plus the look isn't what I'm going for.

Sorry to say this but it needs to be a little cheaper just my 2 cents
