sure, anything is possible....but is the time and money worth it?

OP, kind of unlikely insofar as the RDX K-motor has a different bell housing bolt pattern than all other Ks (why, Honda? Why?!) and it never really got much of a foothold with the broader enthusiast community.
Plus the stocker is stout- if you need more power, it's available (but you better bring cash).
