After an exhaustive search I came up with nothing. Going to be doing this on my wife's 08 RDX that is just about to turn 100k miles as the Maintenance Minder has requested it. Anybody know of a DIY for this?

 

Ok, found DIY's for other K-series motors. Only thing I need now is the valve lash specs...anyone have those? They are NOT on the sticker under the hood like most Honda products.

 

my guess off the top of my head it would be .21 -.25 mm intake and .25 - .29mm exhaust you can call your local dealer and they can give you the spec and it can be within +-0.02mm of what they say intake and exhaust

 

per the 2010-2011 Service Manual (page 3-8) cold - Intake: 0.21-0.25mm (0.008-0.010"), Exhaust: 0.28-0.32mm (0.011-0.013")

 

Just did mine , 152 000km 2008 .
