Removing Speedometer Window?

Hello all,

I recently bought a 08 Base RDX. I noticed what appears to be grease-like marks on the speedometer window (actually all 3 of them). At first I thought this was just the carelessness of the dealer cleaning crew; getting the leather protector on the windows. But after a short rubbing session with window cleaner, I noticed I could not get it out.

I'm going to try buffing it out with a microfiber cloth today, but I want to be prepared that these marks are on the inside of the window. How do I safely remove them to clean?

Update

As it turns out, the "water marks" seem to be on the inside of the instrument panel windows. The dealer felt it was covered by warranty under manufacturer's defect and is proceeding to fix it.
