Oh well, I have to reply to my own stupid question...

Under the dash, outer edge, on the drivers side, below and left of the steering wheel.

I was thinking about this too. Even aside all the blingy features, it seems like it would be quite useful for troubleshooting. The Kiwi OBD2 also comes with computer software too, but has a cord to remotely mount the wifi access point. The OBD Key is more expensive but has the access point mounted directly to the OBD interface.

I like the fact that the PLX is cheaper and has more information about the supported applications it works with.

Kiwi Apps

Has anyone used these before? I would like to have talked to someone who has before sinking money into this.

Just Got Mine...

Kiwi Wi-fi PLX-imdf. This is the wi-fi transmitter that plugs into the obdII port.

The imdf version allows you to add sensors not supported by obdII.

I bought the Rev app yesterday.

Waiting to get a chance to inst it and try it soon.

Sweet. Please post your impression and how you like it. One of the things I am particularly concerned with is the refresh rate of the data. I have seen some videos that appear to have a very slow refresh rate. This may be a deal breaker for me. If I get one I will want it to be smooth or at lease smooth usually. I can handle some choppiness occasionally.
