Make oil changes easier you say!?

https://www.qwikvalve.com/

I found this product thanks to a friend a while back and forgot about it until now since I have an oil change coming up. Anyone on here have this product? seems pretty simple and effective. Should make doing an oil change that little bit less messy.

Thoughts?

I have Fumoto Valve on my TSX.
It works wonder.

Make sure you also get the "ADP-106: ADAPTER 14mm-1.5".
Since RDX valve need extension to install.

Great to hear, I will do that. They also have a new adapter so you can attach a tube so you can aim the oil as you drain it

Now, I wonder if this material can withstand the elements ie; harsh winter salty corrosion.
The main reason I ask is because they don't state what type of metal this is constructed from.

What happens when the drain-device is hit by something (a rock)? I personally don't like the idea of something hanging down lower than the oil pan.

There is a retaining clip to prevent the valve from opening inadvertently. Also it is metal, should stand up to any flying rocks. Now if you are talking a solid rock.... then I ask why are you off roading in an RDX? I'm talking more than a gravel road here.
