Replacing the RDX's speakers
Replacing the RDX's speakers
Hey All,
I know this has been discussed in the past and I did some extensive searching to find my answers. I'm looking for help though in confirming my understanding of what will work is accurate.
I already replaced several of the factory speakers (sometimes twice) which is partially my fault as I do tend to listen to music loud when on the highway. I want to do an upgrade so I can stop replacing them and for better sound quality. BTW, I have the Nav package.
My understanding is the speakers are 2 ohm with the front doors being 6 3/4 component, rear doors being 6 3/4 non component and the hatch having 4in non compnent (not replacing these...yet). This is where I am looking for confirmation.
I'm looking on sonicelectronics.com and they don't have component systems in 6 3/4 but do in 6 1/2 (as do many other sites). I may try a set of Infinity Kappa 60.9CS for the front doors and Infinity Kappa 682.9cf for the rear doors. I've used 6 1/2 in a 6 3/4 space in the past with no issues.
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated!!
