Real Time Traffic data has disappeared

Real Time Traffic data has disappeared
I have enjoyed the real time traffic flow data on my 3 week old RDX as I commute through Denver, but the data has been gone for the last 5 days. I have the icons set to display correctly, the scale is in the "traffic" range, and I still get incident reports and the rest of XM functions correctly. There is no color-coding of roads that used to display the speed- they are all red. Do I need to get XM to do a "reset" ? Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks

It's back
My real time traffic data is back after 5 days. I did nothing, and the settings remain the same. How reliable is the data feed from XM for this function? I find it to be helpful in my area.

my traffic has been missing lately also. I wonder if they turned mine off accidentally? so this is a different fee over and above XM? I've been an XM subscriber for a while, but the traffic piece is new to me.

Did you press the enter button when screen prompts to enter OK on start up? My navigation system always blacks out unless I press the enter buttom for OK. It's very complicated, I know.

well, fwiw, my nav traffic disappeared 2 weeks ago; multiple, exasperating calls w/ quasi-english speaking 'customer service' individuals, all of whom ask for the damn data they can see on their screen to "verify" who I am, have led to jack shit... still no nav traffic. I've had 3 "refresh signals" sent, no cigar. I had some dweeb tell me that I was in an area not served my Nav Traffic (right, Philadelphia). $8.95 down the tubes per month, no longer. I cancel it stat.

To add to the navigation confusion, XM is paid up. Traffic works--except the 10 Freeway in LA never has any data. It used to, but it's been missing for about 2 months. Multiple calls to XM only result in aggravation. They're rebooted the system twice, but the 10 Freeway (the only one I need) remains MIA.
Is anyone else in LA having this problem? Do any LA drivers get real-time traffic data that includes the 10 Freeway?

Check with your local Dept. of Transportation first.

when I called to get my XM fixed, actually just turned back on, I went through 2 or 3 people and the last person wanted to cancel my account and open a new one etc, and I said "no, why can't you just fix what I have now by adding the XM traffic service back to the account?"

In any case I always dread calling them and hope everyone else has better luck
