Mute for HFL?

Is there a way to mute your side while on a call with HFL? For example, I am on a conference call, and I would like to mute. I have to select the mute option on my phone, which requires me to hold the phone while I drive.

Tap the HFL TALK button and say "MUTE". To take mute off, tap the TALK button and say "MUTE" again.

Thanks. I assume that the other end will still hear you say "mute", which would be a little distracting on a conference call. The reason I need to constantly mute is because the roadnoise make sit difficult for others to hear. So unless I'm actively talking, I like to be on mute.

Push the call button to mute and the hang up button to unmute. No need to say Mute.

That's great! I'll give it a try. I was previously holding my cell phone and muting from the phone itself. Which is a major pain, and defeats the purpose of HFL.

Note that if you do push the button and say "Mute" or "Unmute" the party on the line does not hear that command.

Thanks! If they don't hear it, it's a work-able solution.
