I'm a little confused. I HAVE the tech package and I'm wondering how do I hook up my kids IPOD Nano. What cable do I need and what else do I need or need to know to get it to work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

urout, if you look in the Audio, Bluetooth, Electronics & Navigation sub forum in a thread called "Cable for audio auxiliary input?", you will get plenty of ideas for your nano.

I used a 4 ft. iPod Compatible 3.5mm to Dock Connector Audio Cable from a site called cables to go & it works great. but read the thread for many good ideas.

If you go to the electronics forum (above) you'll see the cable for the auxillary output has been discussed quite thourghly with lots of options.

I have a nano myself, and really like the one that sasair and c-hunter mentioned. The dock connection will make sure you have a line in for true quality sound. The 1/8" plug at the other end plugs into the little door in the bottom left of the raidio. marked "AUX". For the little I paid, it's great quality, and retractable too, so I don't need to get caught up in the cord. In the tech package, The nano fits perfectly in the little cubby next to the 12v and near the AUX out put. Sweet. Look no further IMO.
