I've used 2 phones with my bluetooth: first, a Moto L6, then that was replaced a year ago with my current iPhone. Haven't had any problems until recently when all of a sudden, all calls with the iPhone have a bad connection. They sound scratchy to where you can hardly make out what is being said by either party.

Has anyone else experienced this, and what was the solution? Thanks.

 

try repairing the phone, worth a shot

 

What a coincidence I have the same car as you and bluetooth connectivity problems with my samsung captivate. It works fine connected to bluetooth in other vehicles and it is show on the HFL list as compatible. I am heading to Acura, soon.
