I'm having trouble with the bluetooth not properly recognizing the phone number I want to call. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, new member.

 

how are you accessing the number? are you saying it out loud? are you pulling it from the phone book?

 

by saying the phone number out load.

 

My wife has the same problem in her 07 MDX and in my RDX.

Here are the 2 solutions that work for her:

1. Talk in a deeper voice. This works for her, to slightly lower her voice. I laugh everytime she does this as she sounds like kid imitating an adult. Then she laughs and gets to do it all over again as the HFL gets confused.

2. Tells me to speak the number. Yeah, only works when I ride with her.

So either travel with someone who has a voice that works or modify your voice.

 

Yeah you have to be very clear. I've noticed that if you have any accent at all it will screw things up...plus any background noise will cause problems as well.
