Antennae mast broken
New mbr here. First post. Thanks to the extremely long Canadian winter, a late snowfall had me hastily clearing the snow off the top of my 08 RDX and the snowbrush hit the antennae at the rear part of the roof and broke it clean off.
Radio now flashes the time and code 3. How hard is it to replace one of these? And has anyone got a code list

The antenna mast simply screws off. A new one probably isn't that expensive. I wouldn't have thought a broken antenna would affect the stereo like that. I would have expected the radio reception to simply be poor.

On my 2008 Base I would get the flash and code counter ... only if I disconnected the battery or lost power.
I got the car manual with a small card and it has the radio code written on it, look for it, very important code to have.
Had to use it several times as my battery got low, almost discharged by the hands free link module HFL, or when doing maintenance. iirc the code is a counter down with remaining digits to be entered.
If you don't have the code, there may be a serial number for the radio, ON ITS BACK, will be required by any Acura dealer to retrieve the radio code. Hope you find the code somewhere though.
Which part of Canada? Am in the Toronto area.

If you have the maintenance journal that came with the car (thinner booklet the size of owner’s manual, look in glovebox) there’s a section in the back where the service department could fill in the navigation and radio codes. Might be in there. Mine is.
