2007 how to do fog lights without the head lights?

2007 how to do fog lights without the head lights?
Is it possible to run the fogs with the stock harness etc on without having the headlights on?

in the DIY area.. i think i have to redo it though cause when they updated our photo area the links to them got messed up and i dont know how to relink them
