ok i have never updated a navigation system and i just bought the new dvd update. however, i have no clue where this drive is? i could not find anything using the search function. someone suggested to me that its under the driver seat but i can't find anything there. any ideas?

 

There is a removable panel on the center tube in the footwell on the passenger side which allows access.

So was it worth the money? I've been thinking about getting the update (which apparently solves some other minor issues as well), however it seems like a lot of money.

 

the map is not too different but there are some new stuff. there is a progress bar from start to destination, there is zagat 2010, and now it pronounces minor streets! i got the dvd for free so i wouldn't recommend paying 200$ for it.
