Hands down nothing gives more bang for the buck then a good set of light weight wheels and good tires. Not only does it make the rig look better, but, if done right, it improves take off, cornering ability, and stopping distance.

1. Steel brake lines/performance pads
2. Intercooler and manifold gasket (combining these two, as the gasket should be cheap enough to include in one awesome day of modding).
3. Better Rubber

I am really thinking of getting some new wheels and tires, I want to go wide and big, nothing over 20inchs. How wide should I go? would 20x10 be too big? would that big kill the MPG a ton? also replacing the tires in the furture I would want to go with a more common tires for $$$

For looks it will be just wheels.

Performance is more what I am looking for... as of now.

If bang is power then:
1. Hondata
2. Intake
3. Exhaust (downpipe > test pipe > catback)

The TMIC is sweet but, IMO, I don't think there's much bang for the buck there. By all means get it if you're going all out though.

For performance and handling, I'd drop it (BC coilovers > Eibachs) and upgrade the brakes (pads, or bbk if you got $).
