What am I missing??!! Heat problems

2007 RDX. I lost heat. No heat through the vents to driver/passenger (either side) and nothing to the defrost on the windshield. So After reading about a thousand threads on three different forums I ordered the passenger actuator. Checked the antifreeze and it is full. Removed the glovebox and there is an actuator that controls the fresh air/recirculation door. That's not it. Then there is the one in the middle that controls vents or defrost. That's not it. Then there is one by the gas pedal and that's not it as the shaft off of the gear is on the opposite side. So I removed the one by the gas pedal and manually actuated the door and viola!! I now have heat! To the passenger side only. The driver's side blows cold air still. Am I missing an actuator somewhere? When I look at the expanded view of the HVAC system I count only three actuators. What am I missing?????

EDIT: On the defrost I have air blowing. Just to clarify. Also when I manually actuated the driver's side and got heat to the passenger side I also have heat to the passenger side defrost on the windshield.

If you are getting heat in one spot and not others your problem is the blend doors. You need to replace the actuator on both passenger and driver sides.
Look under the dash right as you change the HVAC setting from TOP -> feet -> top + feet. You'll see the blend doors moving.
I will post back with another link with additional details.

You found it already in your diagram, except you mislabeled #14. That is for the passenger side mix door.

Have you replaced the blend actuator? I have a 2011 & had to get the driver side replaced.

It's on order. I manually flipped the mechanism up and zip tied it to stay until the actuator arrives.

My passenger side was clicking every morning as well. Trying to remove it and it broke. It's on order too. FYI it's much, much, harder to get to.
