Well guys, another short Acura ownership experience.......
A few years ago I bought a beautiful CL Type S. I kept it for a year and then sold it to get a Cadillac CTS-V. I then traded the V on a RDX so I could have a more family friendly vehicle. However, this will be the shortest duration I've ever owned a vehicle (8 months), but that's not a reflection on the car. I loved the turbo, the great electronics/gadgets, and the reliability of the RDX. It's a great car and have recommended it to many others. That said, I'm trading it in tomorrow. I will remain a part of the Acura family for the foreseeable future as I have no intention of trading my NSX! I didn't post here often, but I read the boards regularly and learned a bunch from you guys. I have a bunch of Acura accessories for sale in the For Sale section, so if you need anything for your RDX, check it out. Thanks all and enjoy your RDXs.

I just beat you on length of ownership of the 2008 RDX Tech. I got mine around Thanksgiving and traded it last week for a Honda Odyssey (2009 EX-L DVD/Nav).
I hated to trade it, but it was my only option. First, I wasn't upside-down on the trade since I got a great deal on it and it only had 8,300 miles. Second, we had a baby a few months ago to go with our three year old and found out that two car seats kills the entire rear row seating. My wife used to sit in the back during long trips to tend to the baby, but that was't going to happen. Also, there was hardly any trunk space once you have to haul around a stroller not to mention luggage plus a stroller.
We enjoyed the short five months of ownership ignoring the two big show stoppers I mentioned.

I traded it for a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8. There's every likelihood that it won't be quite as reliable, nor will it excel in the fuel economy department, but it is one of the most entertaining vehicles I have ever driven. At this point, I have traded the RDX in, but I won't get the SRT-8 until next week at the earliest (it's being shipped across the country). If you need any RDX accessories, let me know. The search on the classifieds doesn't work well, but if you click on my userid and pull up my posts, you can find the post to the ads (there are two - one with the 19" wheels/tires and the other with the rest of the stuff (floormats, trunk mat, greenstuff brake pads, roof rack, etc.).
