Washer Fluid leak

Seems like exact symptom as this tsb. Should I try asking for goodwill as TSB suggests? Seems like dealer can do it cheap and quickly ($15 parts).

Not sure if its necessary remove fender to re-adjust the bolts. Seems like the neck can be replaced by itself without removing the fender. that maybe good enough?

Mine was leaking badly. It was a broken plastic part right at the pump where it divides the flow into the 2 little hoses for each side. I had to take the bumper off to get at it. I fixed it with some sealant/glue stuff, let it dry for awhile, and it has been good since.

my problem is different. Its exactly what tsb say, only leaks at the neck where it connects with reservoir. After level drops bellow neck it stops leaking.
seems like there is a defect in original part and Acura has updated part for the neck.

Why new tank, the TSB says to replace the neck? Is this a different issue?
