ugh... small accident
wasn't paying attention this morning and bumped my RDX into another car in the office parking lot. it was very obviously my fault. there was some minor damage to the other car's bumper, and the person's going to get me an estimate to fix hers (want to keep it away from insurance if at all possible).
my RDX has a couple of issues. overall the car looked good, but upon closer inspection i found that the front top bumper cover has a crack in it now, and has a section that's scratched down to the black plastic. also, it seems like one of the clips fastening the top bumper to the bottom bumper was broken.
my question is... what are the options for getting this fixed? can the crack in the bumper be repaired? what about the deep scratch? would it be better to just get a new replacement bumper? how much does each option cost?
thanks for any responses.

Here are the pics. Sorry about the crappy quality - all I have is a camera phone. I included one of the paint scratches but it didn't turn out so well... they're fairly standard paint scratches. Also you'll see one of the retaining tabs sticking out... the one next to it was completely broken off.

Thanks for the pics. That crack is in a bad spot. Looks like you will have to replace the bumper. The bumper is easy to replace. Use the DIY instructions for the front spoiler. At this point, I would order the front spoiler (already pre-painted) from Ebay, go to dealer and order the upper piece, take upper piece to body shop for paint, and then install everything yourself.

I work for an insurance company. Based on Las Vegas, NV rates, the part and labor/materials to paint it would be "around" $373. The labor is for paint only. You provide the labor to R&R (remove and replace). To have a shop do the entire bumper would be about $433.
