Go to KBB website and you will easily and quickly find the value of an 07 RDX. For one that is in excellent condition-retail-$25,000 is way too high for that many miles. But, it is a dealership so they're known for including all kinds of fees/taxes.
It pays to do your research and don't shy away from private sellers. Take it to a trusted mechanic for a pre-inspection. (around $60-100); it is worth any future repairs and a lot less than dealer's handling fees, etc. I prefer private sellers because I can usually get a car for anywhere from $2000-3000 less. However, dealer's are less hassle...you just pay for that.

i know it does sound like a lot of ks for an 07 but ive looked around and the ones with less mileage are about 5 or 6 gs more expensive and there are even rdx's with even way higher mileage... the thing is that im trading my tsx to get the rdx.. so with a private seller i cant trade my car in cause usually private sellers want the money right away...
the acura dealership say the car is ready to go and there is noting wrong with it.. they said before they sell cars they inspect it really good.. so should i still get an inspection on my own or just trust them ??

Seriously...use the Kelly Blue Book website. Punch in details and I promise you will find several comparisons and lower prices for what you are looking for. I live in an area where it snows a lot so they are on the higher end and that is still not as high as your quote. Do you live in the OC or something?
Just to give you an example, I bought mine with 53,500 miles from a private seller for $19,500, which I negotiated from $22,000. Retail at a dealer would charge $23,000 for my 07 RDX.
