They lost my oil dipstick What a bunch of jackasses!

My daughter took her car to Jiffy lube about 7 years ago and they forgot to put oil in the car. They were training a new person and the manager forgot to double-check his work. It destroyed the engine after my daughter drove around town for a 1/2 day without any oil. Jiffy lube paid for the car dealership to replace the engine and provide a rental car while in the shop (about 2 weeks and $8000 later).

I do all my oil changes at the Dealership for both Acura's.
