So I was reading that Acura Expressinon magazine and they have a new system out called e-tech?

Apparently it allows technicians to update the software on the car.

I was wondering if anyone has had their X's software updated if so do the dealerships know about how to do this?

I know I can ask my dealership about this but most times I've been there they usually stare into space when I ask "complicated" questions such as how many times they drain and fill tranny fluid on change and weather there is a pcv available for the rdx yet lol..

The reason I ask is because I found a small glitch, when I start the car and right away turn on the headlights (like immediately) the mid back light flickers, I gotta turn off the headlights and then turn it back on.

 

I read that as well and just wondered if this would affect a reflash.
