Does anyone know what the small flap in front of the rear tires is called? I searched mud flap/splash guard but that seems to be the guard behind the tire.

One of mine fell off but I can't seem to find what its called. Its probably not an important part but figured it can't be too expensive.

 

It's called a strake. It's to smooth the air just before it hits the tires. According to aerodynamics, it will reduce drag. They're about $2

Left Rear is part number: 74485-STK-A00
