service past due

because everything is closed, I figured that by the time I can bring my car for oil change it will be past due by like 100-150 miles on oil change. Is that a big deal? I don't want to change oil myself in freezing temps

no biggie whatsoever. ive read some forums/posts where the rdx oil was subject to an analysis at the required interval and the used oil had a lot of buffer still (eg. it was still good for at least another thousand miles). of course i wouldnt push it to that limit but i would say even 500 miles over would still be ok (assuming you drive normally, of course)

I would check your oil level to make sure it is A-OK. I've gone as far as 600 miles past due becuasue I was on vacation. The service due warning turn on every time you start the car and the negative mileage starts to add up for being past due.
