Ok...saw my first RDX on Saturday night - outside of the Acura Parking lot and my driveway!

It was in the Bellevue Square Parking lot outside Nordstroms. It was the light brown one. I almost slammed on my brakes and backed up to take another look, but there were too many cars behind me!

This is the first one I've seen, but I know 2 other people have purchased one in Seattle area - one from Seattle Acura and one from Bellevue Acura. They're both on this forum!

 

I picked up mine on 10/10 and as I was driving to come home after all the paperwork, I spotted brown one (I also know who it belongs to - parent of my daughter's best friend) for the first time. As far as I know, there are two I have seen on the road in Wichita area, ours and hers.

 

I still have yet to see one in my area, but I know that they are out there. A few people on this board live in the NoVA area, and I know my dealer has sold alot of them. I still see alot of people turning their heads to look mine up and down....

 

It is so strange, I have not seen one either. You would think by now we would have seen several. Not sure if that is a good thing or not. The 05Tl I traded for my RDX was on every street corner. At least in NoVA. I still enjoy mine and I have no troubles to report.

 

I saw my very first RDX while in transit on the Skylink between Terminal B to Terminal C at the DFW airport yesterday! It was a white one that was just leaving the parking garage. It surely looked good at a distance! Now I need to see one up close :-)

 

How 'bout if we meet on 66 tomorrow, then we'll at least have seen each others. Too bad we have the same colors!

 

Still havent seen one in NY anywhere north of the city.

 

You have to get up early to see mine...I'm headed West at 4:30am. Truth is this week I'm driving our MDX. The East bound trip is at 3:00pm. Love it.

 

I see a lot of them in the Boston area. I go to college right in Boston and I have seen quite a few.

 

NoVa crew here reporting, i keep an eye out but have not seen any as of now. I'm lovin it!! byt this time next year it will be everywhere. hehehe

 

I've seen at least 7 different RDX in the Markham/Toronto area.

 

I have seen 4 on the road (including mine). All different color. Two in North York (Young and Finch), two in Scarborough (McCowan and Sheppard)

But haven't had a chance to see another while I am driving mine.

I think if I go to 1st Markham place, I might be able to see more. (I went Pacific Mall several times, but didn't see any)

 

I'd be so nervous bringing a brand new car into Pacific Mall. It's like no traffic rules apply once you drive into the parking lot.

 

I was there several times already. Yes, I was a bit nervous too ......... but after seeing those Mercedes S500, Cayanne in there, I felt a bit better :P

 

I saw what I think was a carbon bronze one on Rt. 22 in Branchburg, NJ over the weekend. I think I saw a white one at Bridgewater Commons mall last month, too. Not too many around here yet I guess.

 

I live in the Hwy 7 area and park outside so you can see mine anytime! haha have seen 3-4 of them on Hwy 7, one on DVP, one in North York...

Btw, my company manages Pac Mall..I am also scared to drive there sometimes... all them Corollas, Camrys and civics... beat up ones too... most times...haha

 

Where did you park on Hwy ? :P I was having dinner on Hwy 7 last nite.

Did you check 1st markham place ? Do they have more RDX on the lot ?

By the way, did you get the tech or base ?

I think the 2006 X3 is outdated, no comparison to RDX, not to mention the higher price, those base model with plastic bumper..........so urgy. Can't believe a supposingly luxury european car can have black plastic bumpers........

Carbon bronze, it is the same what the dealer/brochure said Carbon pearl. If so, we have the same color RDX

 

Nice! I'm having dinner at Times Square! and yes same colour Carbon Bronze Pearl with tech package!

I think the new X3 with twin turbo will be alot better but still too pricey for what we can get with RDX

 

I just saw one at 680 in bayarea this afternoon.

It is the first time i saw a RDX.

 

That's funny...the three RDXs I've seen were in North York (2) and downtown Toronto near Union station (1).

I hit up Highway 7 a lot (Go for Tea, Sushi on 7) and haven't seen one RDX in that neighborhood yet. Maybe I gotta hang out at First Markham more.

 

Finally saw another RDX on the road on Taconic State Parkway South yesterday. Silver

 

One more yesterday in Wichita area, It was red.

 

I pass by a black one every day here in Albany/Colonie, NY that is parked across from Rosewood Plaza.

 

downtown North York. A white RDX across from a white Murano.

I've never considered white for a car exterior but it's really starting to grow on me. The white RDX looks especially slick at night with the lights and everything running.

 

Seen about 3 on the road in Calgary, one black, one graphite, and one silver...

 

I live in southern California and the only place I have seen them was at the dealerships from what I can see they are not selling to good in southern california. when I went to the dealership the guys were willing to give me 600 off MSRP to take one off the lot instead of ordering the color I want.

I saw my first in West Hollywood this past weekend. Hello to someone's CGP/Taupe Tech.

 

Finally saw my first one on the road. White one on Grant Avenue in Manassas. Now that I've seen my first one, I have the feeling they'll start popping up all over the place......I hope not!

 

As you know, we think alike on that one. Of course, Acura should sell lots of RDXs so it will be successful but just don't sell all of them in NoVa. "Like the TL".

A bit off topic......for some reasons, I have seen more CX-7 on the road in Toronto. Almost seen one every day !

But for RDX, so far, I have seen only 4 on the roads including my own. Hasn't seen any in the last 3 weeks though

 

I finally saw another Carbon Pearl RDX on the road in Toronto, it was around 5 pm yestersday (Oct 29), going on 401 East exisiting Bayview, dragontea, was that you ?

 

I've seen one - silver at Yonge & Eglinton. Pick mine up next week - black.

 

I have been surprised how few I've seen in our great city. I really expected to see many more already.

 

I still have not seen one & I have been looking. On a related note, I have already seen about 5 CRVs.

 

I'm in Houston and have yet to see an RDX on the road, but yes, I have seen several new CRV's out on the road, including one parked on the front end of of a row at the "Taste of Lexus" event.

 

I know of at least one more in the Seattle area. I just bought mine Saturday from Seattle Acura: navy blue with tech package. I'll be adding the 19" chrome wheels as soon as I can find the best deal on them.
