Rim offset size increase question.

Thinking about increasing the width of rims and increasing offset on the rear and to just flatten out the appear of the body transition to the wheels at the back, so I was wondering those that have theirs, what kind of width increase looks feasible?

And who came up with the cat video for the christmas song, everyone here at work is playing it and makes me wanna flip the power breaker!

Is that possible with an AWD vehicle? I know with some Audi quattros you can run into problems changing wheel offset/width.

As it is now, the tire is only about an inch inside the most outside part of the wheel well. Increasing the width of the wheel won't do anything for for flattening the appearance of the rear side. It'll just put more wheel deeper inside the wheel well. Increasing the offset will do this, but if the tire catches too much air, it won't get to the ideal temps. Especially if you put an even wider wheel/tire on it. Are you thinking of having different wheels on the front and back? If you do this, definitely post pictures!

Maybe its just me, but I have no idea what you are talking about with the cat video....
