Recurrent window program can't be fixed. Send car back to factory???
Hey all, Hope you guys can provide some insights into my problem.
I've had this recurrent window problem where they are either not functional or have the electric motor run constantly...
Anyway, the problem started in Oct and was finally "fixed" in January after finally discovering moisture in the fuse box.
Just when I thought the problem was resolved, it suddenly occurred again after a few months. I'm sick of bringing it in. To make the experience worse, there is poor communication btwn the advisor and manager. Promises were broken (manager stated he would swap a loaner with me @ my residence, he failed to deliver on that... even decline to answer to my one call (w/ voicemail left explicitly telling him to call me back). I know he has zero obligations to me, but when you personally sit me down in the room and tell me the things you'd do, it's basically common courtesy.
I've been working with Acura client services since last yr on this case and I was "compensated" with a gift certificate. Anyway I could care less about that. I just want my car fixed. With that said, is there anyway to have Acura corp oversee the repair? Do they have district managers to assess this? Or can I possibly send the car back to the factory???
Thanks for reading this!!

Seems like such a simple fix (It's either a wire, switch, or relay). It is odd that the dealer can't solve this in one visit. Even if it is not under warranty, their previous fix would leave them liable. It is a huge pain in the ass, but you are going to have to tough it out and keep taking it back.
I looked back at your posts. It appears that the window problem came after a tree fell on your hood. In another post you mention that a tree struck your roof rack. (Don't know if this was 1 or 2 incidents?) Then the windows acted up and they found water leaking into your fusebox.
It seems like a possibility that the tree damage above and below the windshield may have caused a windshield leak, allowing water to run down into the fusebox. If that is the case and they haven't repaired the windshield leak, then the problems will return when the fusebox gets wet again.
If the fusebox is still getting wet, you will eventually have gremlins that make the windows look tame.
Have they tried to determine why the fusebox is wet?
Have they tried to trace and seal the leak?
