RDX vs FX

I like my RDX but I still think FX is the best looking SUV/CUV. Kind of disappointed when I first saw the RDX at the car show. I was expecting it looks at least as nice as FX (if not better), but 5 yrs old design on FX still looks better I am wondering what the redesign FX will look like when it comes out.

Let's vote which one you like better. RDX vs FX

Note: We are purely comparing the exterior for this poll. OK

MOD: Can you please change the title of the poll for me ? It should say "Which one looks better ? " Thanks

I never cared for the look of the FX. Looks too much like a cartoon car. I picture Roger Rabbit behind the wheel with his big floppy ears hanging out the window. Or, something that would drive into the bigtop tent with 50 clowns climbing out.

I love them both.

The FX is definitely more of a "hate it or love it" design though, where as the RDX is less radical and would appeal to more people I think.

Yea, the FX has this "in your face" design that's a little bit too radical to me...even though I'm only 20.

I came very close to purchasing an FX a month ago. Then the wife test drove it, and she didn't like the sightlines out back and through the rear-quarter panels.

Nice VQ engine though, but I thought the switchgear didn't feel as good as the RDX's.

The FX manages to look both dopey and glutinous at the same time. It conveys a person who needs to be noticed and who has "presence" (in your face) but who looks a lot like bugs bunny.

The FJ Cruiser does much the same thing but in that case the driver is a Ken Doll.

The RDX is simply a fairly decent looking vehicle.

Well, the question is purely subjective, so I hope FX fans don't get whizzed off by negative comments about it...but I agree with the others, it does seem Roger-Rabbit-esque. When those and the Nissan version first came out, I thought they looked like giant Gremlins. Ha.

This coming from a guy with "Pacer" as his nic. Let's just say I like to laugh!

When the FX first came out a few years ago I loved the design, however, the design has not evolved since than. Still in comparision I think the FX has a better looking front end and more consistent lines than the RDX does.

The RDX's front end is both angular and round which is a little off, I wish that the RDX took a few more cues from the new MDX which is more angular in design.

Overall the performance and price though make the RDX an attractive option.

Well put. That's how most people talk about the FX. I personally like the looks of the FX, not the PRICE! I also love the more classic look of my RDX!
