RDX Pictures

http://www.planetcycle.com/

This is a site with some good high-res photos of the RDX Prototype, probably taken at the Chicago auto show? Just sharing!

Excellent photos (though they are big and are a bit slow to download - so a warning to you guys who don't have broadband connection!) and very helpful commentary!

Thanks so much for the link!

In another thread I compared the RDX rear seat to those of the CRV SE but these new photos prove me wrong.

The 60/40 split is reversed

They do not appear to fold flat (not even realy that close)

Unlike the CRV the RDX does not appear to allow for adjustment of the rear seat angle or fore/aft seat position.

Definately leaves the CRV with the utility advantage. ( as expected)

The site is not mine, I just found it. The authors name is all over the site.

There are 3 links on the page that are kind of hidden. They link to 3 more pages with more pictures of certain areas of the car. Take a closer look.

Thanks for the link. I like the info about the spare tire being housed in the rear. Makes me wonder if the new CR-V, which supposedly shares the same platform with the RDX, will have a similar set up.

Well not to "pick nits'with a fellow salesman, but damn, he should double check his page! In the title in IE, Exclusive is spelled Exlcusive, and the car is listed as a 2005 RDX...... Hopefully his phone number is correct...

Thanks for the link. I wish I'd been able to get into the rear seat of the RDX at the Cleveland Auto Show, but wasn't allowed to.

interesting that it doesn't have a gated shifter that you can up/down shift in addition to the paddles.
