questions about factory fog lights

so I just bought my 1st gen rdx on Monday and I love it. It just needs some cosmetics and I am fine with that. One of the things it needs is a drivers side fog lamp assembly. I was wondering if anyone makes aftermarket assemblies that fit into the acura housing or if I have to get the actual acura fog light? The picture I included looks like the actual fog light is separate from the bracket but I am not sure.

Confirm the part # matches but if i were in your shoes, I would get these drop in replacements in a heartbeat over purchasing OEM or another aftermarket

What year? 2007-2009 can be expensive and hard to find, but 2010-2012 options are cheap and plentiful. I replaced multiple housings over the years on my 2010 due to road debris breaking the glass lenses.

Hey there! We're not sure what year your first gen is, but we do offer full LED housing replacements for the the 10-12. I've placed a link below if you would like to check them out!

Today my passenger side fog light glass busted. Looking into replacements and I like to Morimoto XB and the one mentioned above. It does however look like the housing is not plug and play with a 2008.

It seems like my best options are to replace the glass or purchase something that will require some modification?

Does anyone have pictures of fog lights they've installed and maybe the process?

I'm in the same boat. Think I will retrofit the XBs for my 2007. If and when I do it, I'll post my results.
