Nissan Torque-Vectoring AWD vs. SH-AWD?

I'd like to hear people's thoughts on these two AWD systems...

From what I gather searching Google for 15 minutes is that the Nissan "Torque Vectoring" system works similar to our SH-AWD system except that it only transfers up to 50% of the torque in the rear wheels to either side. It also goes to a 50%/0% front/rear torque split when cruising. If I remember correctly, the SH-AWD system does a 90%/10% front/rear split when cruising and the rear wheel torque can go up to 100% in either L or R wheel. The Nissan system seems to monitor vehicle dynamics in the same way that Acura's system does.

Currently Nissan only has this AWD system in their new Juke. I saw the thread comparing BMW, MB, Infiniti and Volvo AWD systems to SH-AWD, so I figured this is a new one that should go up for discussion.
