Whenever I start my 2011 RDX the top line of the MID doesn't show even though the manual says the last item displayed will display the next time on startup. I have to push the Info button to get it to display. Am I reading the manual wrong? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

For my 08, the MID shows blank until i press one of the buttons, then it goes to the last item I was on. Not sure if that helps, but it does sound consistent...

Thanks for the replies. I just wanted to make sure I was reading it right, but it does sound like it's consistent. Not in a good way, lol, but at least consistent.

 

I have to push the button the steering wheel to turn on the MID on the RDX and TSX. For some reason, the MID on the TSX comes on by itself when the engine is started and you open/close any door or trunk.

 

just like the others, i have to do the press the button on my 2011 before it shows anything.

 

Just got a CPO '08 TSX and I have to push the "i" button to see it. I thought it stayed on before I messed with the settings, but perhaps I am mistaken.
