I really wanted a six speed TSX, but I needed something I could pull a small jetski with. I didn't think it would be too cool to use the TSX that way, so I settled for the RDX, the MDX is bigger than what I really need. I'm happy with the RDX but really wish it had the remote all/window down feature. That would have made it almost perfect.

 

I would imagine Acura has an outside agency manage their website. I would call 1-800-TO-ACURA and tell them of your concerns. There is a possibility they do not realize the feature is being shown on the website, when in fact it does not exist. There is mention in other threads that the window feature was not included on the '09 many weeks before the car was released. The info came from an actual Acura salesperson. In my experience, there are many Acura salespersons who know little about the vehicles they are trying to sell, and some I have encountered have limited English speaking skills also.

P.S. I think your local dealer is the one you should deal with in this matter, and if you get nowhere then talk to the regional manager. Just my 2 cents.

 

My problem with this is that Acura is CONTINUING to deceive it's customers because that information is STILL on their website and "interactive showroom".

Very upset that this vehicle doesn't have this feature. I bought it because it had "everything I wanted". If I knew it didn't have this, I would have gotten the MDX...plain and simple.

I will be writing a letter to Acura expressing my discontent. I am in Marketing and I abide by the "Truth in Advertising" rules daily...why can't a top organization like Honda/Acura do the same?
