I just joined the RDX club. I was interested in the RDX right when they came out a year and a half ago. Decided to buy an MDX because of the price. My wife was supposed to take the MDX when the lease on her minivan was up.

Fast forward 18 months and my wife decides she doesn't want the MDX she wants to buy her minivan off lease.

I sold the MDX which had only 9,500 miles on it to some friends and bought the RDX with Tech. I'm enjoying the "boost" from the turbo. We're supposed to get about 10" of snow tonight so I'm sure I'll enjoy the SH-AWD on my way to work in the morning.

I have to say, I am a bit over whelmed by all the technology in the car. I consider myself somewhat of a techie, but it is going to take me some time to get used to certain things in the car. Just figuring out how to tune the radio took me some time.

I did get my phone paired and the Homelink set up, so I can make calls and get into the garage now.

Congrats on the new ride! I totally hear you on being overwhelmed at first. Took me a month or two to get used to the button layout and memorizing useful voice commands.

Congrats on the car. I just picked up mine last Thursday. I'm moving from a 99 Jeep Cherokee... this is my first car that's even had steering wheel controls...never mind bluetooth. (I didn't even get the tech package, and I feel like it's another world..)

Aye, welcome to you new members. Hope you enjoy the RDX as much as we do! Q7, that is a sweet ride. I also took an interest in it but declined for the same reason you did. Still, a very nice vehicle.
