How long is the break-in period for the RDX?

Since RDX is a turbo charged car, how would it differ in terms of breaking in the car when compared to a non turbo car?

My dealer told me upon pickup that there was no specific break in req'd as long as I didn't drive at constant speeds and didn't have harsh starts/stops. However, this is addressed in a previous thread - you might want to check it out.....No Break in Required???

I would check the Owner's Manual. You can get a pdf copy through the Owner's Link website once you register a VIN with Acura. Use the somewhat inconspicuous "Site Map" link to find the Owners Manual and a host of other goodies. Most handy.

Compare your break in directions with these from a 2006 RL, a non turbo motor and see if there is any real difference.

Break-in Period
Help assure your vehicle’s future reliability and performance by paying extra attention to how you drive during the first 600 miles (1,000 km). During this period:

Avoid full-throttle starts and rapid acceleration.
Avoid hard braking for the first 200 miles (300 km).
Do not change the oil until the scheduled maintenance time.
Do not tow a trailer.

You should also follow these recommendations with an overhauled or exchanged engine, or when the brakes are replaced.
