I have not seen anything on them, but I personally would be wary of a place that sells xenon conversion kits for a car that's already equipped with xenon bulbs.
ok-, I would love some help with part numbers or type of bulbs for low beam, high beam and fog lights please. I'm trying to replace and would like a nice looking color temperature. I have looked and called dealership. They gave me the factory part numbers. I'm wondering if there is a higher color temp. available ? Thank you so much.
Looks like your car comes with Xenon so switching over to LED will be doing yourself a disservice. If you want color, I would just get new D2S bulbs and keep the ballast stock
no where can i find the color temp of the D2S bulb. why is this? thank you
I believe they are 4300k from the factory. Anything above 6000k you will loose visibility for visual effect. You can convert to LED, but they are "off road use only".
Personally, I went with these
Low Beams are D2S and you can change the color of the bulb. The higher the Kelvin temperature the more color you will have in the Bulb. You can't have LED bulbs in the factory HID Low Beams.

Actually, there are LEDs that fit. You have to modify the wiring and not use the ballast, but they are available from DZG at Amazon.
I generally make conversion harnesses so it can go back to stock anytime. That being said, I may convert to bi-xenon with LED aircraft landing lights in the high beam location.
Question, these bulbs for the headlights are also for the daytime lights?
How is that possible, do they just operate at a lower or dimmer setting?
The low beams are HID, the high beams/day running light are halogen and can be replaced with LED if they can handle the lower power of the DRL. Yes, the high beam/DRL uses high and low power to light the same bulb.
