Got It! PICS

Finally got it after a bit of delays and hassles with the insurance company! I only have been able to drive it home form the dealer but will take a longer drive tonight...so far awesome

Anyone know if $132 for the cargo tray is the best deal around? My dealer wouldnt give me a break on the price even after i said i just picked up the car an hour ago

CONGRATULATIONS...!!!

Let me check with my parts dept. to see if we have any in stock.
Most likely they'll have to order since the car is so brand new it's going to take time to get them...!

BoBs =)

For accessories try

I have purchased accessories for my wife's MDX from www.hondacuraworld.com, also known as Ray Laks Honda, NY.

They have the RDX cargo mat for 106.65, no shipping charges, no sales tax (unless you are located in NY I believe).

See this link for all of the RDX accessories and prices: http://www.hondacuraworld.com/Mercha...gory_Code=ARDX

just back from a 2hr drive. I really really love this rdx! Very fun to drive, feels faster than my 04 TL. I let my friend take it for a spin and he was in love (he has a 02 TL-S) I went to autozone, picked up chrome valve caps and smoked licesnce plate frames and will try to get the front 2 windows tinted tomorrow. I really don't like the rear windows tinted but the fronts not. I kept my generic all weather mats for the front seats and will porbably go get the RDX cargo tray tomorrow. Ireally reccommned this car and i drove all of the competition, RAV 4LTD, CX7, RX 350, MB R350...this is clearly the winner!

Great pics dhager! Nice to hear you and your friends like the ride.

What's the wire coming from what appears to be the rear view mirror to your power adapter? Radar detector perhaps?

Had any problems with the law? Don't know about MA, but in CA they can give you a fix it ticket for tinting ahead of the rear windows. Generally not enforced unless they want to pull you over for something.

Great link. I didn't realize CA allowed 70% front tinting and virtually opaque in the rear. Thanks for the info.

No problem. You probably don't see many people at all with 70%, or if you do, you don't notice it. 70% is so light it almost looks like it's not tinted. Fortunately most cops don't *usually* enforce these limits, in most states at least. My integra is tinted to 20% all around, which was legal when I lived in NM, but isn't here in OR.

I do remember PA cops were pretty strict about tints, and I knew a couple people who did get tickets for it when I lived there.

It really depends on how much of a prick the officer is. I know one guy who was telling me about a traffic jam on PCH out in Malibu. The cops were just picking people off left and right for violations. This one guy had tinted front windows and got pulled over and cited for it. Nothing else, just having tinted windows. So becareful. All you need is a cop with nothing better to do and you have no where to go (which happens frequently in Los Angeles).

I picked Connoly because their Sales manager responded to an add i put up on craigslist to sell mt TL privately. Afetrw e agreed on a price he revealed that he was the manager and i revealed that I had a deposit down on an rdx at Connoly. He agreed to honor the private sale price for me. I used that as a major cap cost reduction on my rdx without which I probably wouldnt have gotten it.
