Diffuser + Hidden Hitch

I did a search and came up empty. Does anybody have the Hidden Hitch and the rear diffuser? I was also looking at the Valley Hitch because it looks to be a little lower. Does anybody have this hitch? Thanks for your help.

I've got the Hidden Hitch but not the diffuser. With the ball in the receiver, it really hugs the bumper contour - not more than an inch of clearance. If the diffuser drops lower or extends out further than the stock bumper cover, there may be issues.

The Hidden Hitch will be here Monday. I guess I will find out when I install it. I don't think it will be a problem. I will let you know.

You will probably need to hacksaw the "diffuser". The diffuser is just plastic, so should be easy to cut through.

Yea I know the Diffuser is plastic. I put it on. I asked this question because I don't want to cut the diffuser. If the hitch doesn't fit without cutting up the diffuser I'm sending back the hitch and putting on the roof rack for my bike.

You probably will have to cut the diffuser. Cutting is required for the factory hitch and if the Hidden Hitch fits closer to the bumper, then it too will need trimming.

Here is how the factory hitch and diffuser look on my RDX

Can you take a picture from the back? The diffuser and the hitch seems decent to me. But how does it look when it is at eye level? Can't wait to see the pictures Your RDX color is nice!!

Eye level from the back.

If you want one from the side at eye level, I need to take another picture when I have time, just let me know.

wow looks pretty good to me!

Any possibility you can take one when you are standing up looking at the car? The side view would be perfect as well! Thanks!!

I put it on today. The hitch went on with no problem. I didnt have to cut the diffuser. Its a little snug and puts a little pressure on the diffuser because of the top lip on the 2 inch hitch. It shouldnt be an issue with the bike rack.
