dealer cost

according to consumer reports. $32,956 for tech model. Included $1000 dealer incentive. That 's the place to start negotiations.

nobody will sell it close to that, so do you mean 33K pluse they get an additional 1000 or is the 33K including the incentive?

It's all a matter of time. According to some posts, some dealers have several RDXs on the lot. At the end of the month, they might sell some for invoice alright. I bought a Prius for $400 over invoice when people were still waiting in lines for one. The dealer had a cancellation and was eager to sell the car... and I was the lucky guy who got to cut the line.

That is why I said around here. I tried five dealerships and only one came off MSRP and that was only $200. Granted that was almost a month ago so maybe you could get a "deal" now if they were trying to move something on the lot, but I still don't think it would be anywhere near invoice. I never told the other dealerships I put down a deposit and I have yet to hear from them saying that they are dropping prices at all. Wouldn't you call back an interested customer if you were having trouble moving inventory?
