Could I get $22K for this 08?

Do you think $22k is unreasonable for this 08?

The asking price is 26K, if you get it down to 24K you'll be lucky...

Carmax has a similar one for $25K, that's why I was hoping for $22K from the dealer since Carmax usually charges $3,000 more than what it's worth.
I sold them my RT for $9K, when according to KBB, it was worth $12K as a trade-in, and worth $15K as a private party sale, so Carmax made $3K out of may car that day, but I was OK with it, I got rid of 2 loans that day (my RT and my wife's PT loans got taken car of)

Carmax offered me 16K, dealer gave me 17.5, then they listed it for 21.9...mine was an 07 tech package with 62K. If you get a dealer to give you that car for 22K, please teach us some negotiation skills....
Is it CPO? they say that's 1K below KBB.....You best shot to find something for that kind of price is to go with a private sale.

If the car is not CPO then I think you can get it for $22k. If it is, then $23k seems like a fair cost. I'm in NY so I am basing this on what I see RDX's going for in this area.

Isn't it Certified if the dealer sells it? I thought it would be since it's an Acura dealer selling an Acura vehicle.
What's the difference between a CPO and a non-CPO vehicle? warranty?

My title should read "Could I get this 08 for $22K?", the original title suggest I have a car for sale, my bad!

I think that you bring up a good question...I really don't know the answer, but I think that if you get it from an Acura dealer, chances are that it will be certified (reason to charge more).

Here you go -

http://www.acura.com/WARRANTYCOVERAGE.ASPX

CPO - A limited warranty and three-day exchange policy (where applicable) provide unparalleled peace of mind with any Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle purchase. Every buyer receives a 12-month / 12,000-mile Limited Warranty plus a 7-year / 100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, and coverage is honored nationwide at all Acura dealers.

View the Acura Certified Warranty for additional details.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Acura will repair or replace any covered part that is defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
All repairs or replacements under this warranty will be made free of charge with no deductible.
The repaired or replaced parts are covered until the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty expires.
See your dealer for full program details.
START OF COVERAGE

12-month / 12,000-Mile Limited Warranty extends the new car non-powertrain coverage by 12-month / 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) and starts after new car warranty expires.
The 7-year / 100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty starts from original date of new car warranty registration.

Non CPO would be nothing above so if the car is out of warranty.
Everything would be out of pocket.

Just because you purchase a used acura from a acura dealership.
It does not mean all cars are CPO.

They might just do 150 inspections but that is about it.
Anything else is extra.
